1. Introduction

Welcome to Reve Patisserie. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers purchasing products from Reve Patisserie.

2. Products

All products are made fresh and crafted with the highest quality ingredients. Due to the artisanal nature of our pastries, slight variations in appearance may occur. We reserve the right to modify our product offerings and pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders

- Croissants and custom macarons orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance for local pickup or delivery. Large custom orders may require more time and will be confirmed via email.

- For orders under $100, full payment is required upon order confirmation. For orders over $100, a 20% deposit will be required at the time of order

- Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products, including custom and wholesale orders.

4. Payment

- Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, or other approved payment methods at the time of order.

- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to receive a full refund.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

- In the event of dissatisfaction with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and, if applicable, may issue a partial refund or replacement.

6. Delivery and Pickup

- Delivery is available within a 15 miles radius of Santa Barbara for an additional fee. Pickup is available at our kitchen.

- We will provide an estimated delivery time, but are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, we will attempt to contact you. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.

7. Allergens

Please note that our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are free from allergens.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, images, and branding, is the property of Reve Patisserie and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Reve Patisserie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions or food sensitivities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of the order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
